Hello, and welcome! I’m Zoe, a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in Texas. I’m here to support young adults in navigating the challenges of social anxiety, general anxiety, self-esteem issues, trauma, ADHD, and substance use. I also work with clients managing life transitions, relationship changes, and family dynamics.

My approach to therapy is compassionate and holistic. Together, we’ll build a therapeutic relationship where I can understand your unique experiences, needs, and aspirations. I tailor my methods to fit you, and we’ll work collaboratively to uncover and address anything that might be holding you back or causing you to feel stuck.

I believe that each of us is a blend of experiences and identities that shape how we interact with the world. By building self-compassion and discovering inner strengths, we can grow through life’s obstacles and move closer to our goals. I look forward to supporting you on this journey :)

    • Avoiding certain situations due to worry

    • Moving to a new area

    • Wanting to leave a job / starting a new job

    • Relationship changes

  • ADHD manifests differently in everyone! Some experience attention issues, hyperactivity, restlessness, inability to perform certain tasks, impulsivity. Additionally these symptoms can effect self-esteem, contribute to perfectionism, difficulty in relationships, and difficulty in communication.

  • Emotions can be super overwhelming at times and hard to manage. These emotions can hold us back or cause us significant pain/suffering. Together we can learn more about how to regulate our emotions and understand what they are trying to tell us, so that we can manage them and work with them.
